Lifestream Spirulina Bioactive

I’ve used nz Lifestream spirulina since 1984 when my son was born, sometimes I’ve not been able to source it due to living in other countries. Now I live in Australia and can either source from select health shops or straight from the Lifestream source. I use it for energy during the day, just two in the morning, if I have more i cannot sleep at night. Two gets me through the day and allows me to sleep at night. Especially now I’ve entered the season in my life where sleep eludes me even more than it did when I was running after two toddlers and renovating and volunteering and family. I have found that spirulina keeps my mind sharper, more body active and helps towards general health. Love the product, have encouraged many to use it and will continue to take it as I age. Hilery
