A 'must have'

As soon as I start to feel a cold coming on I take these Echinacea capsules and it works every time, the symptoms pass and I'm OK. I rarely get a cold and if I do I'm over it in a few days as I up the dose a little. I have tried other products but return to this one each time. If any of my adult family say they have a cold I remind them to take their Echinacea tablets. Every couple of years they get a bottle in their Christmas stocking.
