Optifast VLCD Vanilla 21x40g Sachets

Optifast VLCD is a meal replacement weight management regime incorporating a very low calorie diet (VLCD).
Optifast products are designed for use in people with a BMI of 27 or over.
This product is taken as a total diet replacement for 12 weeks, after which you make a gradual transition back to normal meals.
It is beneficial to embark on an exercise regime also to improve your chances of success.

Calcium caseinate 28%, skimmed milk powder 25%, sodium caseinate 12%, maltodextran, Sugar, magnesium carbonate, sodium citrate, vanilla flavour, potassium phosphate monobasic, calcium phosphate tribasic, Vitamin c, emulsifier, lecithin, sweetener sodium saccahrin, ferric pyrophosphate, zinc sulphate, vanillin, nicotinamide, copper gluconate, manganese sulphate, Vitamin E, calcium pantothenate, sodium fluoride, antioxidant ascorbyl palmitate, Vitamin B1, B6, B2, Vitamin A, chromium chloride, folic acid, sodium molybdate, potassium iodide, biotin, sodium selenite, vitamin K1, vitamin D3, vitamin B12.

Mix One sachet of Optifast with 200ml of cold or warm water.Stir, blend or shake to dissolve.

Drink One sachet as a replacement for a meal three times daily for 12 weeks.

It is important to drink at least 2 litres of fluid per day also.

Not suitable for pregnant or lactating women,infants, children, adolescents or people over the age of 65 years.

May contain traces of egg and/or nuts.
