I cannot go without this

I cannot go without this. I am still technically in perimenopause, but my symptoms got so much better after I started this, I was able to do a bunch of projects I had been too tired or achy to work on. Helps with all of the symptoms, except sometimes I still am hot in the night, but not nearly as much. I am not taking the maximum recommended amount, so it is possible I need to take one more capsule during the day. The price is sustainable for me, which I am so grateful for!
