Adults:Take 1 to 2 spoonfuls ( enclosed) of Slippery Elm powder and stir briskly into water or fruit juice and drink immediately before it thickens. use up to three times daily.

Children: Take Half the adult dose.

Do not take Slippery Elm powder with other medication as it may interfere with absorbtion.
