Each orally disintegrating tablet contains:

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 22.5 mg

Biotin 30 micrograms

Nicotinamide (vitamin B3) 2 mg

Colloidal anhydrous silica10.7 mg  equiv. silicon 5 mg

No added milk derivatives. No added artificial colours or flavours. Contains sulfites.

Adults:Dissolve 1 melt (orally disintegrating tablet) in your mouth, two times a day. No water required.
