Traditionally utilized to warm cold hands and feet, this oil also supports relief from leg cramps and enhances peripheral circulation.

Ingredients

Each 1g contains: Almond and Olive Oil extract equiv. dry: Arnica montana, flower 18.6mg; Birch (Betula alba) leaf 23.3mg; Marigold (Calendula officinalis) flower 27.9mg; Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) leaf 23.3mg; and Cuprum met. praep. (Special preparation of Copper) 400mcg; and essential oils: Lavender Oil 30mg; Rosemary Oil 40mg. Contains a tree nut product.

Directions

Gently massage a small amount into affected area 3 to 4 times daily in the acute stage and twice daily as the condition improves.
