Lemon Balm (Melissa Officinalis) extract dry conc.150mg equiv. dry leaf 600mg
Ziziphus (Zizyphys jujube var spinosa) extract dry conc. equiv. dry seed 5g

Carnauba wax
Colloidal anhydrous silica
Croscarmellose sodium

No added yeast, gluten, wheat, milk products. No added artificial sweeteners. Contains sulffites.  

Adults- Take 2 tablets once a day, 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime.
