This formula is designed to attract water into the intestine in order to soften stools, thereby encouraging bowel movement.

Magnesium is an important mineral for relaxing muscles and a deficiency can lead to digestive problems.

The formula also provides fennel and aloe vera, both of which work synergistically to soothe and settle the gut in order to support normal digestive function.

Magnesium oxide 241mg, Magnesium sulphate 50mg, Ascorbic acid 50mg, Vitamin B6 2mg, Sodium chloride 5mg, Potassium chloride 10mg, Aloe vera leaf 50mg, Fennel seed powder 50mg.

No colours, flavours, sweeteners or preservatives used in this product. No added gluten, egg, dairy, soy or wheat.

Always take supplements 2 hours away from any medications and antibiotics. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage

Rapid dose: Adults: Take 4 capsules two to three times daily.
Mild dose: Adults: Take 4 to 5 capsules daily.
Dosage requirements may vary among individuals. For optimal effect take between meals or on an empty stomach.

Note: For best bowel regularity drink 1-3 litres of water daily.
