Each serving (2 capsules) contains

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 25mcg,
Magnesium (as magnesium aspartate) 135mg,
L-carnitine (as L-carnitine L-tartrate) 300mg,
MitoQ (mitoquinol mesylate) 10mg.
Also contains: hypromellose, tapioca starch, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, purified water, modified food starch, sucrose, sodium ascorbate, medium chain triglycerides, tocopherol.

• Take 2 capsules each morning with water before food.
