Active Ingredients

Each 3 tablets provide:

Calcium (as tricalcium phosphate, glycinate amino acid chelate dicalcium phosphate) 500mg
Iron (as iron bisglycinate amino acid chelate) 10mg
Iodine (as potassium iodide) 150ug
Magnesium (as magnesium oxide, glycinate amino acid chelate) 250mg
Zinc (as glycinate amino acid chelate) 10mg
Selenium (as yeast-free L-selenomethionine) 50ug
Copper (as glycinate amino acid chelate) 250ug
Manganese (as glycinate amino acid chelate) 4mg
Chromium (as nicotinoglycinate amino acid chelate) 20ug

Dosage
