My husband really struggles phlegm and especially at night it's worse but since he started using Mullein it's made a big difference to his quality of sleep and he doesn't wake me up as often during the night.

i AM TAKING INE CAPSULE PER DAY AND I WILL KEEP ON DOING SO UNTIL I FINISH THE BOTTLE. I WILL THEN DECIDE WHETHER OR NOT I WILL BUY ANOTHER CONTAINER. IT IS DIFFICULT TO MEASURE IMPROVEMENT IN MY LUNGS BUT I GIVE THE BENEFIT OF CONTINUING IT.

I ran out of Mullein which I take to control my asthma and wheeze which can keep me awake at night. Since taking Mullein I rarely need my puffer I recently did but that's because I had the flu and ran out of mullein.I ordered from this company and I had it in days at a great price!! I had constant problems expectorating every few minutes. Taking 2 Mullein Caps a day and the situation is much improved after just 4 weeks.

Well this is definitely the Go to product if you have COPD. Such a relief to be able breathe without wheezing and feeling like I was choking

Doesn't really release a lot of mucus not as much as I thought. Does help with breathing tho as I'm asthmatic

Had long covid symptoms for over 500 days, one being tickle in throat. After taking mullein capsules the tickle has gone! Relief at last.

These seriously help & I highly recommend taking them I suffer chronic asthma & when I'm unwell with a chest infection these are the first tablets I take.
